   Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Almost had my bike towed due to lack of ownership with plate transfer / registration process. Purchased S1K July 1.  Was reassured plate transfer and registration for Indiana was being taken care of.  (Email attached) Not attached is the weekly follow up where I’m told to hang tight it’s in process. Officer ran my plate October 4 - plate still has not been transferred.  Officer said he could have my bike towed.  Got off “lucky” with a ticket. I expected better when spending 30k on a motorcycle. Update: Plate and registration were delivered on October 30th… 3 months and 30 days after purchasing the bike new. I lost my personalized plate that was supposed to be transferred per bill of sale.  Received a standard random number plate. This isn’t an issue with Indiana BMV because several friends purchased bikes out of state and plated them in Indiana while I was waiting.

As you might know BMW motorcycles don’t need much selling (they sell themselves) I came in randomly and was torn between the M1000RR and the M1000r. Jeff simply helped me figure out which might be best for my intended usage of the bike. I was decided and placed a $1000 deposit down that day! Over the coming weeks I messaged Jeff and the sales team at SE Michigan BMW almost every day and they helped me with any questions regarding parts purchasing and sourcing. Lastly the sales woman there (God bless her I forget her name) saw I was attempting to load the bike onto my trailer and came out to help me. Also thus establishment does support military and first responders for any of my fellow service members who are interested.

Salesman Joel was patient with me and let me test drive 4 bikes and take my 1st choice home for a demo ride for the weekend so i could be more certain of my decision. They also paid top dollar for my trade in. Im a huge fan of this dealer. Low pressure, knowledgeable staff and great new amd used bike inventory selection. Not only did he go to bat for me when it came to the approval process, but he made sure that I rode the bike home same day within a 2 hour notice. I cannot stress enough how well all of the sales team here will take care of you. And on top of that, the parts department also was able to source the exact parts I wanted with no issues. And for the cherry on top, even with their backlog in the shop, service was able to squeeze me in for my first service with little to no notice so I can see the true potential of this bike here soon. If you have any questions, concerns, or are inquiring purchasing any of the motorcycles they carry, I highly recommend BMW Motorcycles of Southeast Michigan!
