I have to give it 5 stars since it's the only dealership in 800miles.. so it seems, lol. Actually the displays are great, the sales team are friendly. I honestly have a little phobia that BMW sales people will make me feel like Pretty Women on Rodeu Drive. But these guys don't at all. They will give you some time and answer questions. There's also a huge selection of used motorcycles in the back... need to ask. Go and look around, if only to dream a little!

So I got this motorcycle at a auction. It did not start because the battery is dead. I took it to this dealership to have it looked over and they said they could not get it started. The cables to the throttle we're not even hooked up. So $160 later I take it back to the auction place which is mind you at least 3 hours from me and they bring out a jumper and start it right up. Explain that one

I can't express my feelings enough, if I could I would give 10 stars. Great experience and great atmosphere. Every time I go there I spend hours in the dealership and I learn ton of new things and meet great people.

You guys are amazing. Once I walked in, it took less than an hour to get all the paperwork done. I was offered a test drive as well, while HD won't let you drive. Also, I gave my 2017 HD 883 as a trade in and they offered me double what the HD dealer offered me. Also i got 3000$ cash credit and first 4 payments free!! I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience while buying a S1000RR. Raina answered all of my questions. Very smooth, easy process. They delivered it exactly at the time I requested. Then after I had put 600 miles on it, they picked it up for it's first service. Then dropped it off at the same time again. I have had several questions about parts and service. Raina is fast to reply to emails. The owner is a good guy too. He also owns Ducati Detroit. I wish they sold Aprilias!

Great BMW dealer! I came from out-of-state to pick up a bike and was treated wonderfully by all the staff. I had a bunch of questions for the service department and they were very helpful. Gave me all the service records, made suggestions for products and got me ready for a long cross country ride home. No one was too busy to help me - rare these days. I will be sporting my new BMW Motorcycles of SE Michigan t-shirt all over So Cal. My only complaint is this dealership is too far away for my next oil change! After deciding to trade my Aprilia Tuono Factory for a BMW S1000R, Raina and Charlie did everything they could to help me with the deal. Every discount, promotion and a very respectable trade offer was provided without tension or haggling.

As someone new to BMW motorcycles, I had a million questions and the parts and service department, led by Mike - were friendly, courteous and very professional.

As for the bike itself, flawless and beautiful! With 1,200 miles and a trackday at Grattan last weekend, I have nothing but love for her.

Much like its sister store, Ducati Detroit, you can expect warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff and customer service for any of your Motorrad needs. People here are excited about the sport and want you to get excited, too. As always, there’s no pressure other than to come and sit on bikes, talk bikes, dish on upgrades, and learn. I’ve bought and sold about 8 bikes between BMW Motorcycles SE MI and Ducati Detroit and I’ve only had good experiences from top to bottom. If you’re a newer rider or a woman who’s had poor service or support at other shops, come here! The used inventory is also fantastic- and Raina and Jeff will stay in touch with you if what you’re looking for isn’t available. Bonus: you can take just about any bike you’re interested in for a test ride. Not many dealers will do that, but as long as your endorsement is good, you can actually try before you buy. Parts, service, and support is par excellence- Mike in parts is a guru and can help you kit your bike out exactly as you’d like it. I can’t say enough good things. Dealing with parts today (Joseph) was what you get from a people that care. I’m from Canada and on my 6th day of a 2 week trip around Colorado and Utah my K1200S broke on the road (a plastic gas connector with the fuel pump) middle of nowhere, and this guys found the part and placed on FedEx express delivery so I will receiving it tomorrow. They even connected me with their service department to ensure I have all I need to fix it and continue my trip.

(1 year update) One of the best -perhaps only- sales experiences that I've had. The sales people are extremely knowledgable and non-pushy. I enjoy giving positive reviews, and gave a very positive one for this dealership after purchasing a new BMW R NineT from them a few years ago. I'm looking to purchase another, so I naturally returned to the dealership that had treated me well before. I was disappointed to discover that they now add a $541 Dealer service charge above and beyond what they charged before. Seems they have a new owner who quietly pads the bill. The sales staff remains courteous and helpful, but the bottom line no longer is competitive with their competition. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your next BMW motorcycle.

To all the staff of BMW Michigan I am Engels Merchan with great enthusiasm I applied on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 for the purchase of a 2022 BMW GS 1250 Adventure 40 edition, that same day the financing was approved and the papers were sent to me by email to sign them and return them by mail, so on Thursday, March 3, I sent them complying with all the requirements, such as the insurance policy, on Friday, March 4, Miss Raina informed me that she had received everything well and that in two weeks maximum The motorcycle arrived at my house. Today is March 21 and my motorcycle still hasn't arrived, I work in a car dealer in Memphis TN, I'm a broker and a car salesman, we have sold cars even in the state of New York and we always meet the delivery times that are not more than three days. This non-compliance disappoints me a little about the brand, I hope that the bike does not disappoint me and that the moment I drive it I forget everything, it's a bad time.

I just purchased my second BMW from this dealership today. I bought a new R18 Classic. I bought my very first motorcycle in Tennessee in the 70s and have since had a couple dozen bikes form many dealerships from many states. As a result I have had many different experiences working with dealerships on new bike purchases. Today’s purchasing experience was by far the best. To say they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and ease of this purchase. Charles and the entire staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They definitely went above and beyond. I currently have 6 motorcycles and am always looking for the next one. I really felt that the sales staff could not have been more professional and understanding of my specific situation and needs. Great buying experience. Jeff is no pressure and very knowledgeable about the R18B I purchased and other motorcycles I was interested in. Reyna helped me with technical knowledge of riding gear too.

They gave me a fair deal on my GS that I traded in and overall been a very comfortable dealership to hang out at.

I’m writing this about two weekends after my purchase and already did the first service and that experience with Michael and Corey was efficient and painless.

Purchased a 2020 F850GSA from BMWMCSEM in Dec. 2020. Great service. Good price. Dealing with Jeff in sales has been a pleasure every time. Service has always been prompt and enabled me to wait on site for everything except more significant work (like tires that needed to come in the next day).

The dealership is under different ownership now. Fall maintenance will be my next planned opportunity to see how it is under them.
