Just in – Custom 2007 Ducati Monster S4RS

This unique and highly customized motorcycle started life as a highly desirable 2007 Ducati Monster S4RS.  Every nut, bolt, wire, gasket, and component of this motorcycle has been touched and reconditioned to as new or better condition!  The motor was taken out of the frame and completely tore down, refreshed, and refinished; including a complete Desmo Service. Service records available showcasing the in-depth work completed on motorcycle.

Major modification of this bike started in 2020 when the owner decided to create the ultimate Café Racer.  The original frame was heavily modified / cut to make way for a custom Paolo Tesio T-X Design body kit.  $9,200 gloss pearl and satin Paintwork was completed by world renowned customization shop Kustom Creations Inc. out of Madison Heights Michigan. Custom headlight and taillight also required and installed to be compatible with bodywork.

Additions to the original 998cc liquid cooled powertrain include a custom $1,200 brushed stainless steel exhaust system from MRT Engineered Performance, creating a unique powerful sound – something like a offshore cigarette style race boat.   The original clutch was removed and replaced with a billet KBike brushed dry slipper clutch paired with matching brushed billet EVR half open clutch cover.  Because of the bodywork a custom set of braided stainless steel oil cooler lines were fabricated to pair up with a new Ducati Hypermotard 950SP oil cooler.   New vintage type Samco hoses with stainless steel clamps were also installed while engine was reconditioned.

All new braking and hydraulic systems were also upgraded during the build.  This includes New Brembo P4 484 Café front calipers with Brembo floating T-Drive rotors and a Brembo P2 Billet caliper with new Brembo rear rotor.   Custom brake and clutch lines from Spiegler Performance attached the massive brakes to new Brembo RCS front brake master cylinder and a Brembo RCS 16 clutch master cylinder.

In the rear a new blacked out rear master cylinder along with customer rear brake line kit is also installed.  Rizoma billet reservoirs were selected to accompany the upgraded hydraulics throughout.

New brushed billet AEM fully adjustable rearsets were installed to match all of the other brushed accessories.

In terms of suspension the entire Ohlins front end was rebuilt including new dust and fork seals. While apart the inverted front fork tubes were anodized gloss black.   A custom fabricated gloss carbon fiber front fender was also installed.

The rear suspension was also completely rebuilt including a new seal head assembly from Ohlins and new rubber bumper.  The rear shock spring was also powder coated gloss black to match the front fork tubes.

The entire front triples were replaced with billet brushed IMA triples including new seal rings and bearings throughout.  Below the upper triple you will find the brushed billet Performance Technology adjustable clip-on style handlebars with new ProGrip grips.

The rear swingarm was completely disassembled, stripped of its original pebble like finish, hand brushed and clear anodized.   All new hardware including chain sliders were installed in addition to a new 520 Chain conversion with Superlite front and rear sprockets and a brushed billet AEM carrier. Gloss carbon fiber vented front sprocket cover and short chain guard were also installed.
